Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the giveaway ("Giveaway") organized by Easy
Expense Tracker Inc. ("Organizer").
1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and
who have an Easy Expense account.

Employees of Easy Expense, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible
to participate.
2. How to Enter

Participant must refer friends to Easy Expense using a unique referral link within the
Easy Expense app.

Each successful referral sign-up will automatically earn the participant one ticket for
the giveaway.
- Referrals must be completed within the giveaway period to qualify.
3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on August 13, 2024.
4. Prizes
- Prize is $1,000 (USD) and is non-transferable.
5. Winner Selection
- Winner will be selected at random from the pool of tickets.

The drawing will occur at Easy Expense's discretion, and winners will be notified
via email with a request for their full name and address.
6. Prize Claiming
- Winner must respond to the email within 48 hours to claim their prize.
- Winner may be issued an IRS FORM 1099-MISC for the value of the prize.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the
acceptance and/or use of prizes not specifically provided for in these Giveaway Terms and
Conditions are solely the responsibility of the winner.
- Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.

Organizer is not responsible for and will not replace any lost or stolen Prize or any
Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of incorrect or changed
contact information.
7. General Terms

Easy Expense reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or
interferes with the giveaway in any manner.

Easy Expense is not responsible for any technical issues or other problems that may affect
the giveaway.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update our Giveaway Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised
to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by
posting the new Giveaway Terms and Conditions on this page.
This terms and conditions are effective as of August 12, 2024.
